I had a few requests for some before pictures of me ... so here ya go
This is Labor Day of 2007 ... Tatum was 3 months and I was not yet preggo with Bowden!

This is October of 08 ... Bowden was born in August of 08

I think this was my heaviest. (210lbs)

This is January 09 ... just before the "life change diet" started!

Now ... much lighter and feeling better ...

I am now at 180 ... my goal weight was 175 for Naji wedding ...

I just readjusted that to 167. (I know weird #, but I didn't want to push too much and I wanted to be realistic!)

In the picture below ... I LOVE, LOVE how big my pants are!

Sucks to have to buy all new, but that is a great problem to have!

Andy took this Monday AM ... it was Bowden's first day of Day Care ... I will blog about that tomorrow!

WOW! Setting goals and working toward it! GO girl GO! First, you can really tell the work you are putting into changing your lifestyle. I always say, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" Not sure where that came from, but I like it! Second, what country bar are you at in that one picture? I may have to come visit you just so I can go to a good country bar!
As for me and changing my is a daily struggle especially when taking care of your kids first. It is I hope to join you in your success. I have been trying to loose the same 10 pounds for years now...your inspiration just may help me see it through this time...FOR REAL!

YAY!! You are doing great! Isn't it a great feeling to be so much lighter!!! I only lost 30 lbs after college and that felt great so I can't imagine how wonderful you must feel now. You look wonderful!!!

And Bowden is looking like such a big boy now!!!!

To help keep the chubbies at bay: I take 1 hour cardio classes 3 days a week (kickboxing/cardio sculpt/bootcamp) - that helped me get rid of some of the post-baby jiggle and I continue to see my muscles grow and body tone.

I'm doing the 30 Day Shred DVD to help me lose weight right now, and it's killing me, but in a good way.

Yay for you! You look awsome. Good for you, I KNOW how hard it is, I'm still at it. Now that my marathon is over I'm back to focusing on my weight loss again. You GO girlfriend!
