Do you know what tomorrow is?!
Tomorrow is FINALLY the day I get to meet Robin.
We have been counting it down for MONTHS,
we she has been doing the counting down,
I have been doing the Yippies! haha
Tomorrow also marks the 7 day mark until I am a mommy of 2!
Her and Matt are here for a week and I can't wait!
We have lots planned!!
Next Saturday is my mom's B-day!
Me, Andy, Mom, Dad and Tatum will be going out for dinner and then getting ready for my trip to the hospital!~ Tatum will be staying with my mom the few days we are there, which is only 2 miles from her house, so I am hoping to see her a lot!
I followed Chris' advise and got Tatum some presents of her own:
Her own baby, baby seat and diaper bag.
Hopefully she will have fun playing with her baby while we take care of her "real" brother?!
Sunday night Andy and I will be going out to dinner to have a quiet one and she will start to stay with my mom then ... if anyone has any suggestions on how to make the transition for HER (Tatum) any easier I am open and ready!
I will post some pics of Robin and I Monday ... tomorrow when she gets her we are all going to the baseball game! :)!
Love to you all and be thinking of me over the next 8 days!

Have fun meeting Robin! Can't wait to see pics. You will see when Bowden gets here how Tatum will do. She'll be very interested I can tell you! Just wait and see and go with it. She'll be a great big sis! I can't believe you're getting so close now!!! Hang in there!!!
have fun with robin!
this is going to be a busy week. try to get some rest.
i'm so excited for you!
Have fun with your friend!! And how exciting to be a week from meeting your little boy!!! I think getting Tatum her own baby was a great idea and just include her when you can.
Hope you guys have a great time.
I can not believe Bowden will be here so soon. Your pregnancy has flown by. Trust me...being pregnant two years in a row is no walk the park. As far as making it easier on Tatum. We just always made sure to include Luke and give him the same time as he got before. Now he may not have mine and Steve's attention but one would handle Luke and the other would take Alex. We rotated. It worked out great.
Wow, only a week to go for you! That's so exciting. I don't have any advice on how to help adjust Tatum to her brother. I won't lie, having 2 compared to one is kicking my butt. I never thought it would be this difficult, but mine are 6 years apart so I'm hoping it will be different for you. I agree with Chris, get Tatum a gift from her little brother. We had a big brother bag and a little brother bag for the boys. Plus we allowed Zachary to be the one to introduce his little brother to our parents and the other visitors we had.
Good luck, not much longer!
Wow, another week. I cannot wait for you!! I love the gift idea, I need to think of that for Josey. And then when you get tips on how to make the transition easier for the Big sis, let me know!! I will need them too!
Have a great week, can't wait to see pics of the little man!
getting Tatum her own baby and accessories was a great idea. I did the same for my niece when her baby sister was coming and it really helped my SIL out a lot.
Yay for meeting friends...how awsome is that. You guys DO look like you've known each other for years!
So exciting about the new one arriving soon. I can't wait to see pics!
